Aura Garrido is a Spanish actor who is active in both TV and film. Her appearances on television and in movies such as Stockholm. Garrido was born in Madrid in the year 1989. Tomas Garrido has been a composer for the past thirty years. He is a conductor of orchestras. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is also a painter and musician. In her fourth year she started lessons in piano and soon after, she began ballet. It was her best friend who spoke English who taught her the English language. When she finished her high school studies She enrolled in the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located situated in Madrid and studied interpretation through her third year and specialized in the interpretation of texts, however she pulled out of the program in 2010 because she was selected for the role in Planes para manana. She was nominated for a Goya Award under the category of"Best Emerging" actor, and was awarded the Silver Biznaga award for her part in the film.
